The NV (2016) Brut Nature Les Houtrants Complantés is one of the most distinctive wines in the Geoffroy range. It emerges from a field blend of Pinot Noir, Meunier, Chardonnay, Petit Meslier and Arbanne. Dried flowers, chamomile, lemon peel, nutmeg and caramel grace the palate. Floral overtones develop on the delicate mid-palate and finish. Les Houtrants is a gorgeous and wonderfully complete Champagne. This release is 25% 2016 vintage and 75% perpetual reserve back to 2008, aged in magnum. Zero dosage. Disgorged: March 2024.
