The 2022 Bourgogne Passetoutgrain Cuvée Anthologie unfurls in the glass with aromas of plums, spices, sweet berries, orange rind and a subtle touch of used oak. Medium to full-bodied, taut and racy, with good depth at the core, it concludes with a saline finish.

The 2022 Bourgogne Passetoutgrain Anthologie is a selection made in the vineyard from vines located at the top of the one-hectare vineyard. It has a slightly candied, effervescent bouquet with bright red cherry and crushed strawberry fruit. The palate is beautifully balanced with impressive depth and filigree tannins with a subtle touch of white pepper towards the finish. Very smooth and harmonious. This will only be bottled en magnum.
