Pure and with a fine reduction on the nose, the pretty baroque 2020 Dorsheim Goldloch Riesling Kabinett (Auction) is based on the botrytis-free preselection of the Grosses Gewächs (GG) and comes across as a mouth-filling, round and persistently salty wine from quartzite soils. To be auctioned in November 2021. Tasted in Wiesbaden in August 2021.
