The 2019 Bourgogne Chitry comes from two parcels, one planted between 1995 and 2000 and another between 2002 and 2009. It has a clean, quite pure bouquet of pear, peach skin and light honeyed aromas. The palate is lively on the entry, quite sharp and citrus fresh, delivering orange peel and lemon zest flavors and a cohesive, focused finish. Enjoy over the next 4–6 years.
