Leroy’s 2012 Les Noels de Montbenault is dressed in gold and offers an attractive clear, ripe and fruity bouquet of yellow-fleshed tropical fruits on a spicy mineral foundation. On the palate this is a pure, full-bodied, mineral accentuated and well-balanced Chenin with a lingering salty taste and clear fruit flavors. Very precise and complex, and last but not least: extremely drinkable.
