Subtle aromas of white peach, sweet lime and persimmon. Invigorating fruit shows very good drive in the mouth. The wine's salty minerality still masks its depth of fruit but adds complexity to the finish. After ten years in bottle, this Riesling no longer has the sheer exuberance that it showed in its youth, but has found an inner balance that makes it delicious to drink.
