The NV Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs L'Échappée Belle was harvested in the Sézannais and the Marne Valley. A sense of white pepper on white miso makes for a spicy nose, appetizing and bright. The palate is vivid with youthful mousse, foaming through the slender white wine. There is lemony verve, apple freshness and lively brightness, almost zesty on the dry finish.
