Clement's family vines in Chamery have been transformed by the Selosse protege, given his implementing of smart farming that reduces yields but provides gorgeously ripe fruit with crackling acidity and texture.

Pay attention to the other protégés, and you'll notice that not many have tried to mimic the master's end product, but rather his undying pursuit of perfection in the vineyard. Such is the case with Clément, as well. Utilizing organic and biodynamic methods allows Clément to effectively add nothing in the winery, and his wines greatly reward his patience in the cellar, allowing his bottles to age for an extended period before their release. The result? Incredibly vinous Champagnes, with a small mousse that is a perfect accompaniment to any kind of cuisine.
