VINE AGE 50 years
SOIL White marls & clay with some sand, atop clay & active limestone
FERMENTATION Crushed and fermented in 15hL oak & concrete tanks; macerated 50 days with submerged cap, prior to the skins being pressed in traditional basket press.
AGING Aged 15 months in large oak barrel prior to 2 years' aging in bottle at the winery before release.
