Encompassing 0.70 hectares of this small and precious lieu-dit, Meursault Les Rougeots features clay and limestone soils, with some of the oldest vineyards dating back to the 1940s. The winemaking process is traditional, involving extended lees contact and aging in barrels for 15-22 months. The 1998 vintage displays sophisticated and elevated aromas of white flowers, lemon, and lime zest, complemented by a luxuriously rounded and lush texture.
