The NV Extra-Brut Grains de Celles (2016 base) bristles with energy. Sweet perfumed floral notes, orchard fruit and citrus oil are all pushed forward. The Grains de Celles is an unusual NV Champagne that includes 25% Pinot Blanc in the blend, which seems to add an attractive upper register of brightness.
