Based on the 2019 vintage, Guenin's NV Nature d'Argile is derived from Pinot Noir growing in the village of Essoyes. Offering up aromas of sweet orchard fruits, white flowers and wet stones, it's medium to full-bodied, broad and fleshy, with bright animating acids and a pillowy mousse. This vinous but vibrant Champagne is an impressive example of the Aube's potential, even from more clay-rich terroirs.
