A blend of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir with an addition of 10% still red Pinot Noir, dosage is between 0.5-1.25gr/L.. Creamy, soft mousse makes this a perfect accompaniment to cuisine.

Pay attention to the other protégés, and you'll notice that not many have tried to mimic the master's end product, but rather his undying pursuit of perfection in the vineyard. Such is the case with Clément, as well. Utilizing organic and biodynamic methods allows Clément to effectively add nothing in the winery, and his wines greatly reward his patience in the cellar, allowing his bottles to age for an extended period before their release. The result? Incredibly vinous Champagnes, with a small mousse that is a perfect accompaniment to any kind of cuisine.
