Based on the 2023 vintage, complemented by some 40% reserve wines, and disgorged in May 2026 with a dosage of four grams per liter, the latest NV Sainte Anne emerges from the glass with aromas of yellow apple, peach and spring flowers. Medium- to full-bodied, fleshy and richly textured, it possesses a rich, sweet core of fruit, ripe yet vibrant acidity and an immediately charming profile. Matured in wood for nine months, it is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier. It is a lovely wine, even if it lacks the strong identity of Chartogne's best lieux-dits.

The NV Brut Cuvée Ste.-Anne (base 2023) is laced with hints of dried flowers, chamomile and spice. Open-knit and airy, with lovely mid-palate presence, the Ste.-Anne is a delight. Citrus, marzipan and chamomile build into the refined finish. In this release, the Ste.-Anne is on the more delicate side. This release is based on 2023, with reserve wines from 2022, 2020, 2019 and 2018. Dosage is 3.5 grams per liter. Disgorged: December 2025.
