Bottled since mid-August from vines planted in 2015, the 2021 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc La Corvée de Bully has Anjou pear and Granny Smith scents on the nose. The palate is fresh with a citric entry and tensile notes of pear and peach skin. There's a fine extract on the finish. Worth hunting done and then glugging away.
