The 2021 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc Les Côtés exhibits aromas of citrus oil, waxy orchard fruit, nutmeg and vanilla pod, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and nicely concentrated palate with good texture and cut. As was the case in 2020, it's produced from two plots, both characterized by the granite soils that outcrop sporadically at the southern extreme of the Côte de Beaune.
