Nestled between Volnay and Meursault, Monthelie hails from a petite south-facing plot spanning 0.25 hectares, featuring vines planted as far back as 1987. The winemaking process entails destemming in full, with Coche preferring a delicate vinification method that sees the majority of the wine aging in barrels for 15 to 22 months.
