The 2020 Chambolle-Musigny Les Amoureuses 1er Cru has a fabulous bouquet with violet-tinged red fruit, sous-bois, oyster shells and blood orange. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, fine depth, quite tight at the moment with a very structured, almost introspective finish. I think this is just closed down on the day due to the thundery weather outside on the day!
