The 2020 Lorcher Schlossberg Riesling Auslese opens with an intense yet fine bouquet of crushed gray slate and quartzite notes intermixed with grapefruit and raisin aromas. Pure, fresh and vibrant on the palate, this is a salty-piquant, energetic and highly stimulating Auslese with perfectly overripe fruit and highly delicate acidity. A gorgeous, highly stimulating Auslese. 7% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted from AP 13 21 in November 2021.
