The Chataigners vineyard was planted in 1964 and consists of four small parcels positioned from the middle to the top of the slope, where limestone soils prevail. After a gentle pressing and short settling period, the wine ages for 12 months in 300L to 600L barrels, followed by additional settling in steel tanks for 6-12 months.
