Planted in 1980 on clay and limestone soils, this Pinot Noir undergoes a traditional winemaking process, which includes destemming the red grapes, extended lees contact, and aging in barrels for 15 to 22 months. The wine tantalizes the palate with a harmonious blend of dark fruits, smoke, and spice, creating a textural masterpiece.
