The 2020 Meursault Les Chevaliers 1er Cru has a thrilling bouquet with yellow plum, dried honey, frangipane and crushed stone. The palate is very well balanced, more nuanced than the Rougeots, with orange pith, apricot and light white peach towards the lightly spiced and persistent finish that seems to linger like a femme fatale on the aftertaste. Quite brilliant.
