Coche-Dury's Bourgogne Blanc is sourced from meticulously selected parcels scattered throughout the domaine in Meursault, showcasing some of the oldest vines dating back to the 1930s. These parcels boast predominantly clay and limestone soils. The wine undergoes fermentation in barrel followed by 15 months of aging.
