The 2019 Saint-Aubin Les Murgers des Dents de Chien 1er Cru has a wonderful bouquet with beautifully defined mineral-rich fruit, traces of white peach and melon and crushed pebbles. It is very focused and classic in style. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, the most saline of Bachelet’s Saint-Aubin’s with a very long aftertaste. This is an outstanding wine from one of the appellation's most propitious climats.
