The 2019 Vosne-Romanée Les Suchots 1er Cru was quite broody on the nose, not as cohesive or as vigorous as the Les Beaumonts. The palate is medium-bodied with a firm structure, more savory than the Les Beaumonts, earthier but just tapering a little toward the finish. Compared to the Malconsorts, this left me wanting more.
