This wine is a blend of 10 distinct village parcels located in Saint-Aubin, sourced from limestone-rich soils and nearly 40-year-old vines. After direct pressing and light settling, it ages for 12 months in 300L to 600L barrels before spending another 6-12 months in steel tanks.

The 2019 Saint-Aubin La Princée has a focused but quite neutral bouquet, fresh and well-defined though not powerful. The palate is sappy on the entry with lime and sour lemon and fine depth.
