The 2018 Chablis Fourchaume 1er Cru has a crisp, crushed stone/wet limestone bouquet, very subtle but nicely focused. The palate is well balanced with green apple and pear on the entry, and quite saline and malic on the finish. This is imbued with impressive delineation. One of the best Fourchaumes of this vintage.
