Totum blends Chardonnay and Petit Meslier grapes sourced from multiple plots cultivated by Emilien Feneuil in the premier cru terroir of Sermiers. After fermenting in barrels for around a year, the wine is aged in bottle for a minimum of 2 years before disgorgement.
