Chenin Blanc cultivated behind the house in Clos de la Renière, nestled within Puy-Notre-Dame. The vines, dating back to the 1950s, thrive in clay-limestone soils atop tuffeau chalk. After aging for 18 months, the wine is divided, with one-third aged in sandstone amphorae and the remaining two-thirds in barrels.
