Planted in 1980 on clay and limestone soils, this Pinot Noir undergoes a traditional winemaking process, which includes destemming the red grapes, extended lees contact, and aging in barrels for 15 to 22 months. Exhibiting a youthful character and slightly firmer structure than Monthelie, this wine benefits from aging to develop its full potential.
