Deep, glass-staining ruby. A deeply perfumed bouquet displays suggestions of mineral-accented dark berries, star anise, olive and peony, while a smoky nuance builds in the glass. Appealingly sweet and energetic, offering concentrated black and blue fruit and floral pastille flavors that show very good clarity and mineral cut. Velvety, slow-building tannins add focus and grip to the finish, which hangs on with strong, floral-driven tenacity. Gold capsule.
