The 2018 Bourgogne Chitry, which has 14° natural alcohol, is matured in tank and in foudres. Gorgeous honeysuckle and fresh white strawberry scents furnish the well-defined nose, while the vibrant, lively palate offers Conference pear, ginger and touches of sage. Very persistent on the aftertaste. A delightful, quite complex Bourgogne Chitry.
