Les Caillerets is a small 0.33 ha parcel featuring 60-year-old vines nurtured on limestone soils. Following a traditional winemaking approach, the process includes extended lees contact and aging in 50% new oak barrels for 15-22 months. Despite facing climatic challenges and reduced yields during the 2016 vintage, the smaller yields produced an exceptionally concentrated and fresh wine filled with lovely citrus and nutty/toasty characteristics.
