The 2015 Les Chamois du Paradis comes from old vines planted in 1949 in the same terroir as the Grandes Teppes, rich in limestone gravels. It usually has that dry, chalky, stony and almost salty sensation in the palate. It's still a little closed and follows the general style of the whites in this vintage, powerful with plenty of grip, but with incredible freshness. This is a big contrast from the 2013 and 2014, when the wines were a lot lighter. It has stuffing to age.
