The 2015 Red is a blend of two-thirds Poulsard and one-third Trousseau from an obviously riper year, which Kenjiro Kagami was not afraid to pour, as he wants the wine to be true to the climate conditions. It's richer and has a bit more concentration than the rest of the wines, but it still shows lots of energy, with freshness and a bitter touch on the finish.
