The 2014 vintage originates from various parcels in Meursault, specifically two parcels in Narvaux. Following traditional winemaking methods such as extended lees contact and aging in barrels for 15 to 22 months. This extended period on the lees and barrel aging not only prevents oxidation but also contributes to the wines' freshness. Brimming with energy and quite youthful, this wine will definitely evolve beautifully with age, intense with classic Coche flint.

We have sourced them from some of our clients' private cellars, our friends in Europe, direct from the domaine or through our other trusted networks. On each product you will note an estimated time of arrival. Understand that these are only estimates, and to ensure that your wine arrives safely it may be longer. Utilizing this method allows us to offer some amazing wines and gives you the opportunity to secure them earlier. Upon arrival at TWC you will receive a notification and we will ship the wines to you.

The 2014 Meursault Villages has a well defined bouquet with grapefruit, apple blossom and subtle chalky scents that needed a little encouragement from the glass. The palate is fresh with crisp acidity. It feels lively at first and then seems to mellow in the glass, offering a light twist of sour lemon on the pretty finish. It is a delightful village cru that should bestow several years of pleasure, possibly more.
