(the crop level was just 20 hectoliters per hectare, according to Lavolee): Bright, pale yellow. Pure aromas of pineapple, peach and white flowers. Nicely concentrated yellow fruit flavors are complicated by a hint of spicy oak (the premier crus here are aged in 25% to 30% new wood). Intensely flavored Folatieres with a slightly aggressive finish.
