(100% vendange entier; 60% new oak): Good deep red. Highly complex aromas of dark raspberry, cherry, pepper, spices and bitter chocolate. Intensely flavored, silky and sexy if a bit youthfully taut, with a three-dimensional mouth feel and suave tannins that melt beautifully into the wine's fruit. Finishes broad, silky, subtle and long. Already very sexy but built to age.
