Guillaume Selosse explains that to produce the Millésime, he doesn't select the "best" barrels from each of the lieux-dits, but rather those with a more pronounced personality. It is assembled from all of the estate’s plots, both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The 2010 vintage is exuberant and full-bodied, brimming with energy and bursts from the glass with botrytis-inflected aromas of honey, biscuit, citrus blossom, and toasted nuts.
