The 2010 Vouvray Le Bouchet is so expressive right now. Passionfruit, orange zest, dried flowers and lightly honeyed notes give the 2010 so much complexity and character. Even with all of that richness, the 2010 remains light on its feet and wonderfully nuanced. Time in the glass brings out the wine’ s richness, while aging in bottle has added early hints of nuttiness and honey.
