The Les Chevaliers parcel is located on gently sloping terrain with rocky, shallow soils. The vines are positioned to the north-east, fostering a climate that enables the grapes to mature gradually throughout the growing season.

Pale yellow. Orange blossom aroma currently tightened by a mineral tension that Boisson says is the result of an atypical terroir for the village. Intensely flavored and stony in the mouth, but quite youthfully unevolved and stony. I like strict wines, says Boisson, adding that with five or six years in the bottle notes of hazelnut, almond, brioche and grilled bread will emerge, like a little premier cru.
