Sourced from two very special vineyards boasting vines that are over 60 years old, situated from Taillepieds and Clos des Chênes. The grapes undergo complete destemming and follow a gentle vinification process. Typically, the aging period lasts 15 to 22 months in French oak barrels, adjusted according to the specific vintage characteristics. The 05’ vintage yielded spectacular wines, promising to be one of top vintages, with great aging potential.
