Saturated deep red. Deep, musky aromas of black raspberry, flowers, chocolate and tar. Fat, supple and very rich; big and mouthfilling, with well-integrated acidity. Slightly tighter and more backward than the Charmes, and not as obviously sweet. Finishes very long, with substantial but ripe tannins.
