Spanning just 0.33 ha and planted in 1960, Coche-Dury's wines are highly esteemed and eagerly sought after, making them among the most famous white Burgundies. The winemaking process is traditional, involving extended lees contact and aging in barrels for 15-22 months, depending on the vintage. This wine was crafted to age, it is wonderfully silky and intensely structured with an elegant finish.

Vinous

Vinous

93-95

Pungent aromas of spiced apple and sweet oak. Even more intensely structured than the Perrieres; much firmer due to its strong stony minerality. Yet this is even fatter than the Perrieres. Very ripe but sharply delineated. A wine of great finesse and length.
