Pascal is the son-in-law of Robert Arnoux and the duo worked alongside each other at the domaine from 1987 until Robert's death in 2007. Pascal also worked under his own label as a micro-negociant, purchasing fruit from top vineyards and releasing a less-oaked style meant to be enjoyable earlier.
Pascal worked alongside his father Robert Arnoux as winemaker of the Domaine Robert Arnoux, later adding the Lachaux surname to the title following Robert's passing in 2007. In 2012, he stepped aside as winemaker as his son, Charles ascended.
Much as Charles has done more famously, Pascal also operated as a micro-negoce under his own label, crafting wines from his friends' vineyards that were vinified in a way to create earlier opportunity for their enjoyment.
