Produced from the vineyards Les Fosses and Les Boutonnières, the vines are grown on clay and limestone soils and are home to vines that are over 30 years old. The winemaking process is traditional, including destemming the grapes, extended lees contact, and aging in barrels for 15 to 22 months. With a firmer and more structured profile than the Meursault and offering more finesse than the Monthelie, this wine is truly delightful and a pure expression from one of Burgundy’s most renowned producers.
