Produced from the vineyards Les Fosses and Les Boutonnières, those vineyards come from clay and limestone soils and are home to vines that are over 30 years old. The winemaking process is traditional, including destemming the grapes, extended lees contact, and aging in barrels for 15 to 22 months. This vintage produced a wine that is expressive, crunchy and juicy acidity.
